On some specimens 8 has a spike of metal on left side between loops. Open 9 variety. '''Reverse-C3aj-''' Doubled peripheral letters toward rim(actually towards center of die per CONECA definition) and top leaves of both wreaths. Acid treated leaves above ON, U, & NI of UNITED to strengthen them.
