=1878-P VAM-221-2 Cut Down A, Doubled Left Reverse, Polishing Line Cotton Leaf= Discovered by Mark Witkower, Revised 2010, 2016 221-2 (revised) II 1 · C3b (Cut Down A, Doubled Left Reverse, Polishing Line Cotton Leaf) (193) Obverse II 1 – Diagonal polishing line in hair gap behind neck. Vertical polishing line below right cotton leaf and into hair. Raised metal in left 8 lower loop. Reverse C3b – Diagonal polishing lines at top of wing-neck gap. Three raised dots below middle tail feathers w/ 0.030" spacing from impressions of denticles on EDS.
