This undated bronze medal at 33mm diameter honors President Franklin D. Roosevelt, produced at the Mint of the United States (an alternative designation for the U.S. Mint). The 33mm bronze format is the standard size for the U.S. Mint's presidential medal series, and this undated FDR medal may represent a different die variety or design from the dated versions (PCGS #816125 c.1934 and #802690 c.1938). Roosevelt's image on the presidential medal predates its famous appearance on the Roosevelt Dime that began in 1946.
