Class VIII, Tilted Hub Doubling Class VIII doubling shows above the top step of the center steps and on the letters T, I, C of MONTICELLO. Die Markers: Obverse: Two die gouges to lower left of W of WE. Reverse: Two die gouges inside O of OF; die gouge between lower portions I and V of FIVE.
