Class VIII, Tilted Hub Doubling Very nice Class VIII doubling shows on UNITED, E PLURIBUS UNUM and the left edge of the building. Die Markers: Obverse: Small die gouge to left of I of IN. Reverse: Stage A:  Die chips below F, I and E of FIVE; die chip on M of MONTICELLO; die crack at left edge of building; die gouge above VE of FIVE.                                                                                                                                                        Stage B:  Large die chip on left edge of building.
