2016 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-065
Error
Description
Doubling shows in the windows in the arch above the center doorway. It shows in the third and fourth windows from the left in the bottom row of windows. It shows in the fourth window from the left in the second row from the bottom row of windows. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: Die gouge at the rim right of the last A in AMERICA. Two small die gouges right of the R in DOLLAR. NE/SW die scratches right of the Y in LIBERTY. Obverse Stage B: Stage A markers still present. Die gouge touches the lower left serif of the N in UNITED. Die gouge between the S and T in TRUST. Die gouge inside the upper opening of the R in DOLLAR. Die gouge below the E in QUARTER. Reverse Stage A: Small die gouge NW of the N in JOHN. Reverse Stage B: Stage A markers still present. Die chip on top of the guard tower. Die chip on left side of the left roof. Pre-die break depression on the right side of the left roof. Die chip on the lower right edge of the building. Die chip midway up the right tree. Die gouge between the O and W in BROWN.
