Error
Description
Doubling shows in the windows in the arch above the center doorway. It shows in the second, third, and fourth windows from the left in the bottom row of windows and in the second, third, and fourth windows from the left in the second row of windows from the bottom. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: None significant. Obverse Stage B: Thin die crack with pre-die break depressions on the base of the bust above the last R in QUARTER. Die gouge left of the I in LIBERTY. Die gouge right of the first R in QUARTER. These Stage B gouges may be present on earlier stages. Reverse Stage A: None significant. Reverse Stage B: Die chip on the right side of the left roof. Very small die chip at the lower right corner of the building. Short die crack extends NW from the first barrel. Die gouge above the O in BROWN. Small die gouge left of the top of the left roof. N/S die scratch at the lower left edge of the building. E/W die scratch between JOHN and the building.
