Description

Doubling shows on the right side and the top of window R2. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: NE/SW die scratches through IGWT. Obverse Stage B: Stage A die marker may or may not be present. A horizontal die scratch runs through the top of the RIC in AMERICA. Reverse Stage A: Thin die scratch extends NW from the base of the water pump. Reverse Stage B: Stage A die marker may or may not be present.
