Description

Doubling shows above the right side of the center grass strip between the great egret and the great blue heron.Die Markers: Obverse: Small die gouge on both sides of the lower tail of the last S in STATES. Reverse: Short die scratch extends NE from a blade of grass in the lower grass strip near the E in DELAWARE.Submitted By: Ronald BurkeCross References: None known Obverse: Large die gouge at the rim between the T and E in STATES.
