2009 Typical Die Clash TDC-1C-2009(FY)-01

Description

TDC-1c-2009(FY)-01 Here we have a minor die clash, mostly evident on the obverse, found on a 2009 FY Lincoln cent. This example probably qualifies as a so called “Catfish Abe” sometimes being sold on eBay. This particular die has a crack on the forehead, and a variety of die scratches on the reverse (indicated by the black arrows). This clash was found by: David Ginden
