2009 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-057
Error
Description
Doubling shows on the right side of log end #7 and the bottom left side of log end #9. A very small partial extra log end can be seen to the right of the top of log end #7. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: Light “trails” run SSW from the lower LIB of LIBERTY. A long die scratch runs from NE to SW through the 2 in the date and well into the lower bust. Obverse Stage B: A short pre-die crack depression runs from SW to NE through the hair on the upper back of the head. A pre-die crack depression runs NW through the eyebrow. A pre-die crack depression runs from SSW to NNE just to the left of the eyebrow. A pre-die crack depression runs from NW to SE through the upper front of the forehead. Reverse Stage A: A die scratch runs SW to NE through the grass just to the left of the bottom left corner of the cabin. Reverse Stage B: A die crack runs ESE from the rim to the lower left R in RM.
