Description

A partial extra log end protrudes from the top of the 8th log end. A fragment of an extra log end can be seen to the right of the top of log end #7. This variety is very similar of WDDR-025. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: A die crack runs from SSW to NNE through the hair on the upper back of the head. A die crack runs NW through the eyebrow and into the forehead. A die crack runs from NW to SE through the upper front of the forehead. Obverse Stage B: Same as Stage A. Reverse Stage A: A short, vertical die scratch can be found near the rim just to the right of the F in OF. A light die crack runs NE from the top right M of RM. A light die crack curves NW from the bottom left J of JL. A light die crack runs SE from the bottom right J of JL to the rim. Reverse Stage B: Both of the die cracks from the J of JL are now very heavy.
