Description
Extra partial log ends can be found between the 9th log end and the small window. They are apparent images of log ends #9 and #10. Another small partial log end, most likely from #8 can be found to the south of these two. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: A die crack runs SW to NE through the hair on the upper back of the head. A die crack runs NW through the eyebrow. A die crack runs NW to SE through the forehead above the eyebrow. Obverse Stage B: Same as Stage A. Reverse Stage A: A light die scratch curves WNW from the bottom of the J in JL. Reverse Stage B: The die crack from the bottom of the J is much stronger and now extends ESE to the rim.
