Description
Slight doubling can be seen below log end #9. Die Markers: Obverse: Two heavy die scratches runs SE from the underside of the nose. A die crack runs NNW from the eyebrow into the forehead. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found at the rim above the right side of the E in UNITED. Heavi die gouges can be found below the 1st S and the E of STATES, as well as below the O in OF. A die scratch runs SW to NE to the left of log ends #13 and #14. A die gouge can be found on the upper T of CENT. A short, vertical die scratch can be found on the upper left N of ONE.
