Description

Doubling of the right point of the saddle horn can be found below the top of the saddle horn. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge protrudes from the left underside of the E in QUARTER. Reverse: A die gouge can be found between the upper U and A in EQUALITY. Two parallel and nearly horizontal die scratches can be found above the PLUR in PLURIBUS. Obverse:
