Description
Doubling shows on the horse’s mane to the left of the 1st lock of hair below the saddle horn. Die Markers: Obverse: A short, vertical die gouge can be found between the tops of the I and T in UNITED. A small die gouge can be found below the A in STATES. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found inside the lower U of EQUALITY. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the lower A in STATE.
