Description

Doubling shows on the top right tip of the saddle horn. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found above the right side of the W in WE. Die gouges can be found below the left side of the W in WE. Reverse: A short die scratch runs north from the top right G in WYOMING. A die gouge can be found above and between the S and T of STATE.
