190° STAGE “B” STAGE “C” STAGE “B” DIE MARKERS: Stage “B “, obverse is MDS – a large die crack with die chips is seen in the back of Lincoln’s head Reverse is MDS – none noted. See stage “C” for the die crack in the E of CENT. NOTE: This die was found by Wayne Perry. STAGE “C” DIE MARKERS: Stage “C”, obverse is LMDS – very large die crack on the back of Lincoln’s head, from a point behind his ear to just under WE. There are also four die chips along the crack, with one being very  large. Reverse is LMDS – die crack through the E of CENT to the rim. NOTE: due to the condition of the obverse die, I am sure that this die did not last much longer. This die was found by Louis Schaeffer.
