, this is a very unusual trail die for it is coupled with a minor doubled die on LIBERTY and the date. Trail lines can be seen from the bottom left corners of the letters in LIBERTY. Extra thickness on the horizontal bars, plus notching of the upper left corners of BERTY s DIE MARKERS: Stage “B”, Obverse is MDS –Doubled die apparent on the letters of LIBERTY and the date. Reverse is MDS – Large die chip in bay 1. Die chip on column 3. Die scratch on bottom of bay. NOTE: This die found by Wayne Perry.
