Description

Some doubling shows on the left side of the 7th Memorial column to the right of the statue’s legs. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found just below the G of GOD. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found at the rim to the left of the left Memorial base. A die scratch extends ESE from the top right side of the vertical bar of the T in CENT. Obverse:
