Light to moderate trail lines from the left bottom corners of the letters in LIBERTY, with an offset direction of 190º. DIE MAKERS: Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – none observed. Reverse is MDS – two small die dots by the last S in STATES and the O in the word OF. Die dots in the upper part of bay 1 and the cornice above bay 1.
