Bar extended from the lower knee to top of the base to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found far left of the lower I of IN. A die gouge can be found below and a bit to the left of the I of IN. A small die gouge can be found below the right side of the R of TRUST. Reverse: A die scratch runs NNW/SSE to the right of the statue’s shoulder and head. A small die gouge can be found to the left of the lower first S of STATES.
