Description

Slanted bar extended from the middle of the leg to the upper base to the right of the statue on the seventh column. An extra knee can be found between the ankles. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A die gouge can be found between the lower T and E of UNITED. A die crack extends from the right cornice through the I of AMERICA to the rim.
