Description

Bar extended from the top of the hand to the lower knee to the left of the statue on the sixth column. An extra knee can be found above and between the knees. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found at the rim to the left of the bottom of the bust. Reverse: A die scratch can be found within the upper fifth Memorial bay running NW/SE. Light die scratches can be found within the upper last Memorial bay running ENE/WSW. A die gouge can be found far above the LI in LIBERTY. Reverse: A vertical die scratch can be found extending from the bottom of the right of the N of UNUM to the roof of the Memorial.
