Description

Trails can be seen from the top of the letters of the motto EPU, the ES of STATES, the word OF and the left corners of the stylobate. The offset direction is 330º.

Die Markers

• Stage “B“, obverse is MDS – a die crack is seen from Lincoln’s brow, up into his hair line and into the field below the E of WE.
• Reverse is MDS – two die scratches are seen from the rim into the field below the right base of the Memorial building.
