1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-090

Description

Bar extended from the upper hand to the middle of the leg to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found in the field to the left of Lincoln's shoulder. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found below the center of the N of CENT. A small die gouge can be found above the first memorial step above the T of CENT.
