1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-083

Description

Bar extended from the bottom of the hand to the middle of the leg to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: Two die gouges can be found closely below and well below the T of LIBERTY. Reverse: A die gouge can be found touching the left side of the top of the R of PLURIBUS. A die gouge can be found touching the upper right side of the eighth memorial column.
