1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-069

Description

Bar extended from the bottom of the hand to top of the base to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch can be found below the right upright of the N of IN. Reverse: Two die gouges can be found to the left of the upper first U of UNUM, one above and one below the dot. Die gouges can be found to the upper left of the O of ONE.
