1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-067

Description

Bar extended from the middle of the knee to below the foot to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Several small die gouges can be found to the left of the memorial base and lower first column. A large die gouge can be found left of the upper left memorial base. A die gouge can be found between the upper N and T of CENT. A die gouge can be found on the upper left side of the E of E PLURIBUS.
