1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-061

Description

Bar extended from the lower leg to the middle of the base to the left of the statue on the sixth column. Die Markers: Obverse: None known. Reverse: Two die gouges can be found below the right memorial base. Feeder finger damage can be found in the 10th and 11th memorial bays. A die gouge can be found at the center bottom of the N of CENT.
