Description

Doubling shows on the left side of the 7th Memorial column to the right of the upper statue. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Several die gouges show to the left of the statue’s right elbow and shoulder. A small die gouge can be found to the left of the E in STATES.
