1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-055

Description

Doubling shows on the lower left side of the 7th Memorial column to the right of the statue’s feet. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found to the left of the bottom of the I of IN. Reverse: A die gouge can be found to the left of the bottom of the F in FG.
