1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-038

Description

Doubling shows on the right side of the 6th column to the left of the statue’s arm and head. Die Markers: Obverse: Two die gouges show right of the lower aspect of the second T in TRUST. A die gouge shows left of and below the lower point of the second T in TRUST. Reverse: A light diagonal die scratch shows inside the lower eighth memorial bay. A light diagonal die scratch runs NNE from the lower right side of the eleventh memorial column. Small die gouges are present right of and below the right side of the second A in AMERICA.
