1999 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-036

Description

A partial extra Memorial column shows at the bottom of the tenth Memorial bay. Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip fills the lower B of LIBERTY. Reverse: A die scratch running southwest to northeast can be found below the Memorial steps. A die crack runs from the top of the right cornice through the length of the I in AMERICA to the rim. A die scratch runs northeast from the bottom right side of the first Memorial column. Obverse:
