Description
Doubling shows on the left side of the 7th column to the right of the statue’s legs. Doubling from the doubled working hub WWHR-001 also shows on the statue’s left leg (viewer’s right). Die Markers: Obverse: Stage A: A small die gouge (dot) can be found inside the second nine in the date. A die gouge can be found below the N of IN. Stage B: New obverse die. A strong die gouge can be found NE of the last nine in the date. Reverse: Stage A: A small die gouge can be found below the 1st U in PLURIBUS. A die gouge touches the left side of the bottom of the E in STATES. A small die gouge can be found inside the left side of O in ONE. A small die gouge touches the right side of the top of the horizontal bar of the T in CENT. A die gouge can be found at the bottom of memorial bay 11. Stage B: Two small die gouges can be found inside the upper C in AMERICA. Die pitting can be found to the right of the T in CENT.
