Description
Bar extended from the elbow to the middle of the knee to the left of the statue on the sixth column Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch extends north from the top of Lincoln's chin. A horizontal die scratch can be found north of the L of LIBERTY. Reverse: A die scratch can be found on the middle of the left side of the second A of AMERICA extending toward the rim.
