Description

Bar extended from the bottom of the hand to bottom of the knee to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge is present above I of LIBERTY. A die gouge is present well above the right side of R of LIBERTY. A die gouge is present just left of T of LIBERTY about a third of the way up from the bottom. A light die scratch runs from the upper U toward S of TRUST. A small die gouge is present near the rim to the right of the second T of TRUST. A die gouge is present toward the back of the bust. Reverse: Light die scratches run ESE through the memorial bays. A small die gouge is present between upper N and I of UNITED. A light die scratch runs ESE above the O of ONE just under the memorial base. A light die scratch runs from N to E of ONE.
