Bar extended from the top of the knee to the foot to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: A large die chip can be found well below the second T of TRUST. A die scratch extends from the top of the hair to the left side of the R of TRUST. A die scratch extends through the bottom of the T to beneath the Y of LIBERTY. Reverse: None noted.
