1997 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-071

Description

A narrow bar extended from the middle of the knee to the top of the foot to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge touching the upper left side of S of STATES. Reverse: Roughly horizontal die scratches can be found in the bottom of all memorial bays. Multiple mostly horizontal die scratches can be found through and above the O and N of ONE. Multiple about horizontal die scratches can be found running through the E of CENT.
