Bar extended from the lower leg to the base upper to the left of the statue on the sixth column and bar extended from the lower knee to the base upper to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: Multiple die chips can be found below LIBERTY. Reverse: A die chip can be found between the statue’s shins. A die chip can be found to the right of the right crossbar of the T of CENT. A die chip can be found west of the lower left memorial base.
