Bar extended from the shoulder to the hand to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found to the left of the center of the I of IN, A die chip can be found below the left side of I of IN. A die chip can be found below the tail of the second 9 of the date. A die chip can be found inside the second 9 of the date. A die chip can be found well below the first 9 of the date. Reverse: Three die chips can be found west of the O of ONE.
