Bar extended from the hand to the upper leg to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A die chip can be found below the left side of the E of UNITED. A die chip can be found above the right end of the bottom arm of the E of UNITED. A die chip can be found between the lower N and T of CENT. A die chip can be found below the bottom right corner of the memorial base.
