Bar extended from the lower knee to the lower leg to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: Two die chips can be found below IN. A die chip can be found below the G of GOD. A die chip can be found above the second 9 of the date. A die chip can be found to the right of the lower second 9 of the date. A die chip can be found below and to the left of the bottom of the 7. Reverse: A die chip is present to the right of the fifth column at the level of the statue’s shoulder. A die chip is present at the level of the statue’s elbow to the left of the seventh column.
