Description
Moderate trail lines, extending into the stylobate can be seen under columns 2 and 3. Moderate step deviation can be seen under columns 5, 6, 7 and 8. The offset direction is 180°.
Die Markers
- Obverse is EDS – a small doie dot is seen above the 8 digit.
- Reverse is EDS – die abrasion is seen between the base of the Memorial building and the O of ONE.
