Description

Moderate trail lines are seen from the tops of the letters in LIBERTY, with an offset direction of 350 degrees. DIE MARKERS : Stage “C”, obverse is LDS – large, strong die scratch over the date. Radial die scratching is seen around the perimeter of the die. Reverse is LDS – Die crack from the left cornice tip, through the I of UNITED and to the rim. Die crack from the right cornice tip, through the leg of the R in AMERICA to the rim. Heavy northwest to southeast die  scratches. This die was found by Joshua Haynes of Alabama.
