Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA very close constant Class II spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and the right side of the building.  Very light doubling shows on AMERICA. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is a doubled die listed as 1971-S Pr 5c WDDO-032. Reverse: Slanted die gouge between upper portions of long and small left windows; die dot between lower portions of second S of STATES and O of OF.
