Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingA nice spread toward the center shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS, MONTICELLO and the right side of the building. A very close spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM. All spreads increase from left to right. Die Markers: Obverse: Short horizontal die gouge extending from bottom front of Jefferson's coat near rim. Reverse: Die scratches on rim above UNUM.
