1964 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-111

Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingThis variety was formerly listed as WDDR-112.  It replaces the original WDDR-111 listing which was delisted because it was a doubled working hub (See WWHR-001 below).  Close Class II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM.  Tripling shows on the lower portions of the letters in UNUM. Die Markers: Obverse: Die dot above Jefferson's eye. Reverse: Series of small die gouges to right of upper portion L of PLURIBUS.
