Class II + V, Distorted and Pivoted Hub DoublingNice doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Tripling shows on UNITED. Doubling also shows on M of MONTICELLO and the right side of the building. Die Markers: Obverse: Listed as 1964 Pr 5c WDDO-029. Reverse: Die gouge to right of long left window; die gouges near rim between S of PLURIBUS and first U of UNUM.
