1963 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-098

Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingThis variety was formerly listed as WDDR-227.  It replaces the original WDDR-098 listing which was delisted because it was too minor.  A nice Class II spread shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, increasing from left to right.  A closer spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM, CENTS, LLO of MONTICELLO, and the right side of the building. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Three die scratches across left arch; two short die scratches at top of right arch; die dot below N of CENTS.
